YOUR LEGACY | OUR FUTURE

EDUCATION
Torah Academy has always placed a serious focus on both Judaic and General studies, and our students continue to be shining examples within the greater Boston area and around the world. We understand that order to maintain our high standards, we must continually invest in our staff and educational programs. Also, we recognize that you have made incredible sacrifices across the decades, ensuring that your children and grandchildren have strong Jewish upbringings. Our job is to reinforce those values that you have invested in during all these years.

FINANCIAL
Every day school parent recognizes the challenge of balancing day school affordability with day school sustainability. Our school and its leadership recognize that our parents are stretching as far as they can to send their children to our school - It is therefore our responsibility to tackle rising tuition costs and alleviate the burden on our families. This campaign will give us greater latitude to begin demonstrating this to parents.

JOIN OUR SHOROSHIM SOCIETY
This is your opportunity to demonstrate your love and support of your grandchildren's school in a very tangible way. Any grandparent household that makes a monthly recurring gift of $36 or more for the ‘22-’23 school year will officially be a member of SHOROSHIM: Torah Academy of Boston's Grandparents Society!

If you have any questions, please reach out to Rabbi Mermelstein at 617.731.3196 x110.

BENEFITS
Being a grandparent has its perks. Becoming a member of the Shoroshim Society, while you support your grandchildren's school, has some great ones too!
GRANDPARENT GRAM PROGRAM
Throughout this year, there will be opportunities for you to connect with your grandchild(ren). The first special connection is our Grandparent Gram program. Few things excite the children quite as much as a handwritten letter delivered straight to their classrooms (even the Middle School students enjoy it!). You can use our Grandparent Gram stationary or simply send a letter on your own and we will ensure it makes it into your grandchild’s hands. While we can’t promise, we do encourage our children to send a letter
back to you in return.
Please address letters to:

Participating grandparents will receive photos and video clips of their grandchildren while both learning and at play. Who wouldn't love candids of their grandchildren in school?
GRANDPARENTS DAY - See photos from this year's Grandparents Day!
All grandparents will be invited to visit Torah Academy of Boston and have a fun-filled meal and classroom experiences with their grandchildren. Members of our Shoroshim Society will be acknowledged. It is positively memorable!
